Ask AI for Product Ideas

Hey all!

First- Happy Thanksgiving to my fellow Americans. I'll be having some turkey with my wife's family on Thursday, and we have a swell coming in tomorrow so hopefully I'll get some good surfing in over the next few days! Other than that, I'll be around, monitoring things as usual.

Onwards to a little feature announcement!

How about we introduce the new 'Ask AI for Product Ideas' feature? Sure!

In the shop, customers can use this feature to search for 'late night snack, something sweet' or 'what would be good at breakfast time'. The system gathers data about the customer's current order and add-on history, then uses AI to process your active product list for suggestions.

Using an AI costs Kiva Logic money, but for now this will be free and hopefully we can keep costs down enough. We'll monitor and see how it plays out.

Here's an example from one of our customers for a simple search 'something salty':

A few other small items:
- dashboard shows a few more stats under the graphs at the top, including 'cancelled today' so you can see how many customers have cancelled today along with how many new customers you've gotten today
- added a two analytics graphs for traffic monitoring
- on the dashboard, we have a new spot to show the latest gift certs/boxes sold, and another box to show the most recent shop searches (with a tab to show the 'top' searches). This will help you keep an eye on what customers are actually searching for, keep your finger on the pulse.
