Since July 2010

Founder-led
since 2010.

Kiva Logic is a founder-led company with no investors, no debt, and no one to answer to except customers. That's by design.

From a Shark Tank box to your local farm delivery, these businesses run on Kiva Logic

How Kiva Logic operates.

No debt. No investors.

There's no board to answer to, no growth-at-all-costs pressure, no quarterly targets from people who've never run a delivery business. Customers are the only obligation. Every decision is made for them.

Your ideas get built.

If the software doesn't do something you need, it goes on the build list -- and it usually gets built. It's very rare that an idea gets turned down. Your feedback directly shapes what the platform becomes.

Automation obsessed.

Software should save you time, not create more work. Every feature is designed to automate the repetitive stuff so you can focus on your product and your customers.

AI where it matters.

Kiva Logic actively uses AI to make the platform smarter -- from product categorization and customer preferences to substitution logic and content generation. Not buzzwords. Real features that save real time.

How support actually works.

No ticket queues. No chatbots. No "we'll get back to you in 3-5 business days."

Email us. Most communication happens over simple email. No portal to log into, no ticket number to track.

Same-day response. Usually much sooner. Urgent issues are treated as urgent.

Founder's cell for emergencies. You get direct access to the person who builds the software. Not a call center.

Fix and build, not just respond. When you report a problem, the person reading your email is the same person who fixes it. When you suggest a feature, it goes straight to the build list.

Wayne Pierson, Founder & CEO of Kiva Logic

Wayne's roots in home delivery go back over 20 years -- he started as a driver in college for an organic produce box company in Colorado. That firsthand experience showed him what delivery businesses actually need from their software: weekly menus, customer customization, local routes, and tools built for how the work really happens.

When you reach out, you're talking to the person who built the platform. There's no corporate hierarchy, no support ticket queue, no chatbot. That direct line is rare in SaaS, and it's the reason Kiva Logic evolves as fast as it does.

Wayne now lives in Maine with his wife and their two cats.

The journey.

2005

Started as a delivery driver for Door to Door Organics in Colorado. First taste of the subscription box delivery world.

2006 - 2010

Sole programmer, web designer, and architect of some of the earliest online subscription software with shopping. Helped grow the company to 4,000 boxes per week. Traveled to launch and grow new branches, primarily in Kansas City.

2010

Kiva Logic founded. Built from scratch to be the platform Wayne wished existed during his years in the field.

2011

Co-founded Golden Gate Organics, Tampa Bay Organics, and Arch City Organics. Gained the first customer that was an existing business searching for a solution -- still a customer today, 16 years later.

2012

Co-founded Brewers Organics and Space Girl Organics. The platform continued to grow with each new business pushing it further.

2013

Stepped back from organic produce company operations to focus fully on the software side of the business.

2014 - 2017

Kiva Logic's customer base grew steadily. Wayne divested from delivery companies to dedicate 100% to the platform.

2018 - 2019

A period of growth and stability. The platform matured, features deepened, and the customer base continued to expand.

2020 - 2023

The COVID years. Home delivery demand skyrocketed. Back to working startup hours to keep up with the surge in new businesses and order volume.

2024

Major shop rewrite, new features, continued growth. Stabilizing after the COVID surge while pushing the platform forward.

2025 - Present

The AI age. Faster development, fewer limitations on ideas, automation in overdrive. The platform is evolving faster than ever.

The mission is simple.

Build software that runs your delivery business so well that you can stop thinking about technology and start thinking about your product, your customers, and your growth.
