How does billing work?
We count the number of orders processed each week and bill accordingly. We can invoice weekly or monthly to fit your accounting preferences.
Do retrieval orders count?
No. Box and bin retrieval orders -- where a driver picks up an empty container from a customer -- are not counted toward your bill. You only pay for actual delivery orders.
When does billing start?
We don't start billing you until your company is live and running. Take as long as you need to set up, import data, and test.
Is there a minimum?
No. There's no minimum and no monthly base fee -- you pay $1 for each order processed through the system, and nothing more.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. There's no sign-up fee and no setup fee, and you pay nothing until you go live and are delivering to paying customers.
