The agentic era

Built for a world where
agents do the shopping.

AI is starting to help people with everything, and soon that includes finding and ordering their groceries. Your Kiva Logic store is already ready for it. And when you need a person, there's still a human here to talk to. That's the whole idea.

From a Shark Tank box to your local farm delivery, these businesses run on Kiva Logic

Practical AI, not buzzwords.

We use AI where it actually saves time: product categorization, customer preferences, substitution logic, content and images, and the endless small work of running the platform. Real features, shipped and in production, not a demo. If a bit of AI doesn't make your day easier, it doesn't ship.

How we build with AI.

The same three principles guide every AI feature we build.

The app is the source of truth.

Our AI reads the real, live software, not a copy of it that drifts out of date. So when it answers a question or takes an action, it matches what the platform actually does. No guessing, no stale knowledge base.

Safety by design.

AI proposes, a human decides. Changes are reversible by default, and the AI physically cannot delete your data, charge a card, or email your customers on its own. Those are locked behind a person, every time.

AI does the busywork.

So people can do the work that matters. Behind the scenes, our own AI already helps handle repetitive support and keeps an eye on the platform around the clock, which is a big part of why small issues get caught and fixed fast.

What that means for your store.

As shopping assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity start finding and ordering for people, they need to understand your store. Yours already speaks their language, and it's on automatically. You're an early adopter, out ahead of most stores, with nothing to set up.

llms.txt. A plain-language guide that tells AI who you are, where you deliver, and your box types. An emerging standard we adopted early.

An open door for AI crawlers. Your store explicitly welcomes GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended and the rest, and points them straight at your sitemap and llms.txt.

Structured data on every page. Your business identity, service area, products with price and availability, and FAQs are all published in the format search engines and AI read directly.

A delivery-coverage answer. An agent can ask "do you deliver to this ZIP, on what day, and what's the cutoff" and get a clean answer, so it never has to guess your delivery area or miss an order deadline.

The part AI won't replace.

When agents run everything, the thing that stands out is a human you can actually reach.

No ticket queues, no chatbots. When you email us, a person reads it and answers, usually the same day. Not a bot standing between you and an answer.

The founder's cell for emergencies. You get direct access to the person who builds the software, not a call center.

The same person builds and fixes. AI handles the busywork so the human time goes where it counts: understanding your business and building what you actually need.

Ready for what's next, run by people.

Get a store that's built for the AI age and backed by a human who actually answers. That's Kiva Logic.
