If you optimize your delivery routes in the new Routific platform, your stop numbers, arrival times, and delivered times can now flow straight back into Kiva Logic on their own. Publish your routes in Routific and Kiva picks everything up, no more exporting, importing, or clicking "fetch" every delivery day.
You do the routing in Routific. Kiva keeps your orders in step automatically.
From a Shark Tank box to your local farm delivery, these businesses run on Kiva Logic

The moment you publish routes in Routific, and as your drivers work through the day, Kiva Logic listens for the updates and writes them onto the right orders. No spreadsheets, no manual pull.
When you publish routes, Kiva picks up the optimized stop order Routific worked out and drops each order into the right spot on the right route, ready for your labels and driver sheets.
Each order gets its estimated arrival time, and if a driver runs ahead or behind and Routific recalculates, the new ETAs keep flowing back through the day so your customer-facing times stay honest.
As your drivers mark stops delivered in Routific, the exact delivered time lands on each Kiva order, so your records and reporting reflect what actually happened, with no double entry.
If a published Routific route doesn't exist in Kiva yet, the system creates it automatically, copying the settings from the route those orders were already on, so nothing lands on the wrong route and you're not rebuilding it by hand.
Under the hood, Kiva Logic listens for events from Routific over a secure webhook. You do your routing where you always have, and the platform quietly keeps your orders current.
Build and optimize your routes in the Routific platform exactly like you do today, then hit publish.
Routific notifies Kiva Logic, and stop numbers, route assignments, and ETAs are written onto your orders right away, no button to press.
As stops are marked delivered, delivered times land on your orders, and any ETA changes through the day keep syncing too.
Turning it on is a one-time setup: paste a signing secret from Routific into your Kiva Logic delivery settings and point a Routific webhook at your site. After that, it just runs.
The new Routific platform is built around optimizing inside the Routific UI, rather than pushing a single route or day of orders over from Kiva for one-click optimization the way our older integration did. So today, the flow with the new platform runs one direction: you build and optimize in Routific, and Kiva Logic pulls the finished routes back automatically.
We're watching Routific's roadmap, including their newer optimization engine, for a path to bring push-from-Kiva optimization back. If that's important to your operation, let us know and we'll factor you in.
Routific is one of many ways to route on Kiva Logic. Best of all, route optimization isn't the only way to build a run, Kiva has manual routing built right in, so you can drag and drop your stops into any order without a single third-party tool.
Grab your day's stops and drag them into the order you want, right inside Kiva Logic. Perfect for tighter delivery areas, a driver who knows the neighborhood, or when you'd rather set the run yourself. It's part of the platform, nothing to connect or pay extra for.
Prefer an outside optimizer? Kiva Logic also works with:
Optimize with OptimoRoute and bring the results back into Kiva.
Route through WorkWave's platform and sync stops to your orders.
Plan routes in RouteSavvy and pull them back for your drivers.
Hand routes to drivers via RoadWarrior with your stopover times.
Download GPX waypoints for Garmin BaseCamp and in-vehicle units.
Shipping deliveries too? Generate carrier labels through EasyPost.
The new Routific platform, the org-based one with the newer API keys, not the older legacy Routific. If you're on the current Routific, you're in the right place.
You keep doing your optimizing in Routific. Kiva Logic's job here is to pull the results back automatically so your orders, labels, driver sheets, and delivered records all stay current without manual steps.
In Kiva Logic, open your delivery routing settings and paste in the signing secret from Routific, then point a Routific webhook at the URL we show you and subscribe to the route and order events. It's a one-time setup and then it runs on its own.
Kiva creates it for you automatically, cloning the settings from the route those orders were already on, so your deliveries don't end up stranded on the wrong route.
Not through the new Routific platform, since that flow is built around optimizing directly in their UI. We're watching Routific's own optimization engine as a possible path to bring that back, so tell us if that matters to you.
Tell us how you route today and we'll help you get the auto-sync set up, or talk through options for optimizing right inside Kiva.
