Recurring Product Report

Greetings from the 2nd week of March.

The "Recurring Items" report has received an update:

• added options to view only active products or all products
• added option to view only problems, or show everything
• added a 'leading issues' section that will show you the top 15 products that are missing, and the number of customers that are affected (not the total quantity)
• added a 'Most Popular Recurring Items' section that shows you the most popular items when using the 'show all' filter under display options

• On the "Box Products" page, added a new section up top to show if there are any recurring or sub issues. Previously, we had an optional 'sub issue' section, but not enough people were using it.

Volume for Products

Basically you can set the height/width/length of products, and then you can also add what physical box sizes you have, so that way the system will calculate the total volume in each order and will recommend the box size to use on the order label.

• Updated the "Payments" page to have a bit smaller text, and formatted the columns so it's a little easier to read
