Turn Facebook and Instagram Leads Into Signups

Most of the traffic hitting your sign-up page comes straight out of the Facebook and Instagram apps, and that little in-app browser fights you the whole way. So instead of dragging those people out to a full sign-up page, we can meet them right where they already are.

Facebook and Instagram have a native lead form (Meta calls them Instant Forms) that opens right inside the app, no browser jump. It fills in the person's name, email, phone, and zip straight from their profile, so they sign up with basically zero typing, just a couple taps. The second they submit, that lead lands in your store automatically. We check whether their zip is in your delivery area, then email them a link that's already filled in with their info, so all they have to do is pick a box and add payment. Out-of-area folks still get saved and get a friendly "not there yet" note instead of disappearing.

Every lead shows up on the new Meta Lead Ads page under Reports, so you can see who came in, whether they were in your area, whether we emailed them, and who actually finished signing up.

Both follow-up emails (the finish-signup one and the out-of-area one) are yours to edit in the normal email editor, so the wording sounds like you.

Heads up on setup, this one takes a little work on Facebook's side before it goes live. You'll need to build an Instant Form in your Meta Ads Manager, connect your Facebook page to a Meta app, and pass Meta's app review to allow pulling the lead info. That review is their gate, nothing we can do to skip it, but you can test the whole thing end to end with Meta's own test tool before it clears. Once you're through, flip it on from the Meta Lead Ads page and you're set.

You'll find it under Reports → Meta Lead Ads. Give it a look and let me know if you want a hand getting the Facebook side wired up.
