The skip page now works harder to keep your boxes coming

Your customers hit the skip button for all kinds of reasons, and every skipped box is a delivery you were counting on. So the skip page now does a little more work to keep those boxes coming, in three steps you can turn on or off independently.

First up is a "Wait, don't skip yet!" step. Before the skip goes through, we show the customer a few of their own favorites (and your top sellers) in a tap-to-add carousel. Adding anything keeps the delivery on. It's a soft nudge, not a roadblock, and there's a pitch line above the products you can edit right on the page.

If they still want out, the existing donate-instead-of-skip option shows up next, so a box they don't need can go to a local charity instead of just disappearing.

And on the final step, we ask them why they're skipping. You build the list of reasons yourself, the options show in random order so none of them gets favored by position, and every answer gets logged. Now you can actually see whether people are skipping because they're traveling, have too much food, or something you can fix.

You control all three from Reports → Skipped Deliveries. Flip each step on or off, edit the reasons, and the same page shows you the reason breakdown once answers start rolling in.
