Routific Auto-Sync: Stops, ETAs and Delivered Times Now Flow Back Automatically

If you route your deliveries with Routific, this one's for you, and it's specifically for the new version of Routific (their org-based Platform, not the old legacy Routific). Your stop numbers, ETAs, and delivered times can now flow back into Kiva automatically, so you don't have to click "Fetch from Routific" every time you publish your routes.

Here's the how: we built a webhook receiver on the Kiva side that listens for Routific events. The moment you publish your routes in Routific, it fires over to Kiva and we pick up the optimized stop order and estimated arrival times and write them straight onto your orders. As your drivers work through the day and mark stops delivered, that delivered time lands on each order automatically too. And if the ETAs shift because a driver is running ahead or behind, those keep updating through the day. No extra clicks, it just stays in sync.

A nice bonus: if you built a brand new route in Routific that doesn't exist in Kiva yet, the system creates it for you automatically instead of stranding those orders on the wrong route.

One heads up on the new Routific: sending individual routes or a single day from Kiva over to Routific to get optimized isn't an option anymore, they took that feature away on their end. So the flow now is you build and optimize in Routific, and Kiva pulls everything back automatically. To turn the auto-sync on, head to Delivery → Settings → Routing Method and find the Routific section. There's a new Routific Webhook Signing Secret box, along with the exact webhook URL to give Routific. Over in Routific, go to Company Settings → Webhooks, point a webhook at that URL, subscribe to Route Published, Route ETAs Updated, and Order Status Updated, then paste the signing secret back into Kiva. That's it.
