- Customer places an online order? Lightspeed reflects the updated count so your in-store team always sees accurate stock levels.
- Order cancelled online? Stock is automatically released back to Lightspeed.
How It Works
The integration uses real-time webhooks so changes are reflected almost instantly. An hourly background sync runs as a safety net to catch anything that might have been missed.
Lightspeed is the source of truth for inventory. The system intelligently tracks three numbers for each product: the Lightspeed count, total in-stock quantity, and units reserved by online orders. This ensures both your in-store and online customers are always seeing accurate availability.

- Fetch your product catalog from Lightspeed
- Link Lightspeed products to your existing online products
- Run an initial sync and you're done
Safe and Non-Disruptive
New products created in Lightspeed are automatically detected and queued for your review. Nothing goes live on your online store until you explicitly link and approve it. This prevents POS-only items like bags or merchandise from cluttering your online catalog.
