Just a note on the 'Chats' tab on the admin menu that went out today.

It's only active if you currently have SMS messaging available. This makes it easier to view and reply to SMS. The only messages right now are SMS. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up so there's no confusion.

This email is not so much related to the Kiva Logic software as it is a general 'heads up' that I just want to share with you, just something for you and your employees to keep an eye out for.

With all these new AI design tools, email spamming and phishing is even scarier.

The designs of these 'fake' emails that might look like your bank, your social media, the post office, anything really- they are tremendously good.

Nothing too fancy here! Just a few little updates, I wanted you to mostly be aware of the Google Maps API keys update.
OpenAI is no longer being used by any of our AI tools/pages, it all uses Claude and a few other image AIs, if any AI generation tools give you an issue let me know.

Each company now has its own set of Google Maps/Direction/Places API keys. Several reasons for doing this including security, and being able to monitor usage of each key by site as well.

I've been testing each company onebyone and havent seen any issues yet, but send an email if your directions or geocoding has problems.
The frontside where we deliver page map has been replaced with open street maps it looks nicer, and helps save us some money on the Google API!!
