FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Shoppers can send a 4, 8, or 12-delivery gift box on a recurring schedule and add a paid gift-wrap upgrade, all from checkout.
OLD ORCHARD BEACH, Maine - November 4, 2026 - Kiva Logic today announced new gift box options that let shoppers send a full run of deliveries as one present and add gift wrapping at checkout, giving food businesses a holiday-ready gifting feature built directly into their existing storefronts.
Gift boxes have always let a buyer send a single box as a gift. With this release, buyers can now choose a 4, 8, or 12-delivery run instead, and pick the cadence from whatever the business already offers, whether that's weekly, every other week, or monthly. The recipient gets exactly that many deliveries, then the gift ends on its own. Nothing to cancel, nothing for the business to track by hand.
The release also adds a gift-wrap upgrade that businesses price and label themselves, something like wrap-and-ribbon plus a handwritten card for a few dollars. The surcharge rides along on the order, and a gift wrap note prints on the packing slip so the warehouse knows to dress the box before it ships.
Kiva Logic also built in a way to turn gift recipients into customers. When a multi-delivery gift ends, the business's store can send a short, editable email series nudging the recipient to keep the boxes coming on their own. Three starter emails are ready to go and nothing sends until the business turns it on.
Everything lives on a new Gift Boxes Settings page under Customers, where businesses can turn on multi-week gifts and the gift-wrap add-on, set prices and delivery options, and launch the conversion emails before the holiday season starts.
"A gift box is the easiest new customer you'll ever get. Somebody else pays for it and hands your product to a household that's never heard of you. We just made sure that gift turns into deliveries, not just one box, and that you've got a way to ask them to stick around after it ends." said Wayne Pierson, founder of Kiva Logic.
