FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Two new trust features work together to show shoppers real proof, from Google's own rating badge to customer photos of the actual box that showed up at their door.
OLD ORCHARD BEACH, Maine - October 14, 2026 - Kiva Logic has added support for Google's new store rating widget and expanded its built-in customer reviews system to include photos and video, giving subscription and CSA businesses two connected ways to show shoppers proof before they order.
The Google store widget is a small floating badge that displays a store's Google rating, review count, and scores on shipping, returns, pricing, and payment options, pulled directly from Google Merchant Center. Kiva Logic store owners can turn it on under Apps & Integrations, pick a corner of the screen, and Google matches the badge to the store automatically through its verified domain. No copying codes, no manual setup beyond an active, approved Merchant Center account.
Alongside that sits Kiva Logic's own reviews and ratings system, now enhanced with photos and video. Customers can attach up to four photos and a short clip to any review, each one carrying a Verified Purchase badge earned by an actual order. Star ratings roll up automatically onto product cards, product pages, and box signup screens, right where a shopper is deciding whether to trust the store. AI handles the first pass of moderation, publishing clearly good reviews instantly, holding anything questionable for a one-click approval, and never touching an honest critical review just because it isn't a five-star.
Together, the two features put a familiar outside signal and firsthand customer proof in the same place a shopper is making up their mind. A customer who sees a recognizable Google badge next to real photos of someone else's delivered box has two different reasons to trust the store, not one. Both features are included in Kiva Logic's storefront tools, with no third-party review widget or extra bill required.
Collecting that proof is built to be effortless. A few days after delivery, Kiva Logic can email the customer a one-tap star rating; if they're happy, the same flow can route them straight to leaving a public Google review, quietly building outside reputation at the exact moment the customer is satisfied.
"Shoppers don't trust your copy, they trust other people. We're not trying to replace that instinct, we're trying to put it right in front of them at checkout, a real Google badge and a real photo of someone's actual box, not a stock photo and a promise." said Wayne Pierson, founder of Kiva Logic.
