A fairer cookie banner, and one that respects a no
Your store now gives shoppers an equal, honest choice. And a reject that actually switches the tracking off.
For years the typical cookie banner showed one friendly "Allow" button and tucked the way to decline somewhere quieter. That is no longer just a little rude. It has become a legal problem.
In 2025 the California Privacy Protection Agency fined Honda $632,500, in part for a consent banner that made accepting far easier than rejecting. A one sided banner is now a named enforcement target, not a theoretical risk. Source: California Privacy Protection Agency enforcement action, 2025.
So we rebuilt the banner your store shows. "Reject all" and "Allow all" are now matching buttons, side by side, with neither one dressed up to win.

Same banner, one change: the two choices now carry the same weight.
There is nothing for you to configure. If your store already shows the cookie banner, your shoppers have the fair choice as of today. If it is switched off, you can turn it on under App Settings, Cookie Use Notification, and it is there.
It is a small change to a small bar at the bottom of the page. It is also the kind of small change that keeps you on the right side of a privacy law regulators have started to actually enforce.
What changed
- Equal choice. Reject all and Allow all are now matching buttons, side by side.
- A reject that works. Choosing reject switches off the analytics and advertising cookies. It does not just record a preference and keep going.
- Easy to change later. Shoppers can reopen the choice from the same banner whenever they want.
- Nothing to set up. It is on automatically wherever your cookie banner is enabled.
