Yes. On the front side, customers can sign up, edit their account information, set their produce preferences, make substitutions in their orders, manage their delivery schedule, shop for extra items, change their box type/size, and much more.
The admin side handles your billing, menu building, order generation, customer management, route management, zip code routing, discount codes, social promotions like Groupon, reporting, site settings, and more. We truly have a huge feature list.
Software as a service (SaaS) is like renting an office for your business. We take care of building new features, hosting, security, bug fixes, tech support, training, and backups.
If you have an existing website, we will use that as inspiration for the theme that we develop for your business. If you do not have a website, we can work with you to create a design, and of course if you want to use your own designer we will gladly work side by side with them.
No. The Kiva Logic software is highly customizable and we will work with you to develop new features should your business require it.

Our software uses either Authorize.net Customer Information Manager, Stripe.com, or PayFast to handle customer payment information. To increase your customers security and decrease the risk of storing credit card information, our software only stores a token for each customer account. No credit card data is stored.
You may cancel using the Kiva Logic software at any time. We recommend giving us 30 days notice to assist you in transferring your data back to you. We reserve the right to close an account with 30 days notice.

Our servers and software undergo regularly scheduled PCI scans and other security scans and testing.

You are free to leave at anytime for any reason with no penalty or extra fees, and you can download your customer data any time through the admin interface.
