The Next Generation of the Kiva Logic Admin Interface
Companies that joined Kiva Logic in 2016 or later use the next generation of the admin interface, which we call 'V2'. If you joined before 2016, you are still using the older 'V1' interface.
The V2 interface is a modern, responsive, friendly user interface. It's designed to be easier to use, allow for more features, and takes a more proactive approach in helping you run your business. The next generation of the Kiva Logic admin interface will display prompts on the dashboard any time you need to take action. For example, if you have deliveries to make tomorrow, a notice on the Dashboard will pop up and say "Time to do routing and print labels". Then you simply click the button and start your routing.
Try it out!
Our pre-2016 customers can try out the V2 interface and switch back and forth between the old interface and the new interface. To try the V2 interface, scroll to the bottom of any admin page and click on the link that says 'Want to check out the next generation of the admin interface?'
After you click that link, your page will be refreshed and you will be looking at the dashboard for V2. You can switch back to the V1 interface anytime by clicking on the link that says 'Switch to old admin' on the left main menu.
We have no plans to get rid of the V1 interface- we know a lot of business owners don't like change and are very happy using V1. It's up to you if you'd like to use V1 or V2, but keep in mind new features will only be deployed on V2.
