How to Unblock CloudFlare

If you are having trouble accessing a page on the admin side, or the can't access the admin side at all, you have probably been flagged by CloudFlare as a potential threat. This could happen if your computer is infected by a virus or malware, if your browser has un-safe plugins, or your IP address has been flagged as a known bad-actor.

Please attempt the steps below to re-gain access:

  1. If you do not have antivirus software, install Avast antivirus or similar.

  2. Run a full-scan antivirus scan of your computer.

  3. If you do not have anti-malware software installed, please install MalwareBytes

  4. Run a full anti-malware scan of your computer

  5. Apply any recommended remedies

  6. Find your IP address https://nordvpn.com/what-is-my-ip/, and send your IP address to [email protected]

  7. Kiva Logic will then un-blacklist your IP address so you can attempt to access the admin.

Once you have sent your IP address to Kiva Logic support, we can attempt to look up more information on CloudFlare about why your access was blocked.
